Project Description
Built around 1895, the original Sears and Roebuck warehouse was converted into a 112-unit loft condominiums. The building is an exposed timber structure located within walking distance of downtown Chicago. The name originates from the nightclub, “China Club”, that existed on the first floor in the early 1990s. KMI provided MEP and FP engineering design services for the project
