Project Description
This residential and commercial complex of 271 units is one of the largest condominium conversions in the United States. Built around 1887, the complex of concrete and timber structures, ranging from 4 to 10 stories in height, is approximately 640,000 square feet and covers an entire city block creating infrastructural and code challenges. KMI provided MEP and FP engineering design services for the project.
