Project Description
The 189,000-sq. ft. building houses the Tollway headquarter offices. Scope of our services included MEP Construction Management services for the replacement of boilers, chillers, automatic transfer switches, fire pump controller and louvers. The main tasks were field observation of installation, testing of equipment, technical coordination meetings, shop drawing review and resolution of field issues.
