Project Description
In order to retire the 130-year old landmark train station and meet the demands of increased ridership, Metra commissioned a new passenger station as part of a large residential/commercial development plan. KMI provided civil, structural, mechanical HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical engineering design for the new station, platforms and other miscellaneous site amenities.
