Project Description
This private residence is situated on a 5.5 acres lot atop of a hill overlooking the city of San Jose in California. Its 15,000+ square foot interior include many of the amenities of a high-end residential building. The grounds have been creatively and attractively landscaped with various plants and exotic fruit trees. KMI provided Architectural and Engineering design services for the project.
