Project Description
As the design architect and engineer for this prototype library, our services included architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, security alarm system, landscaping, interior design, furnishings and signage work. As the DOR our services included acting as a liaison between the Public Building Commission and the contractor.
