Project Description
As part of North Central Corridor improvements, 300 parking spaces were required to be built by the end of FY2005 with another 700 spaces planned for future expansion. The project also included storm water detention design and an access road to the adjacent yard facility. Despite a condensed design and construction time period and community interaction requirements as well as considerable earthwork, KMI designed and submitted the construction documents ahead of schedule.
